Technician I - SMT

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite

Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. No travel required.

What you will do

• Operate solder paste printers, reflow ovens, inspection tools, and other SMT manufacturing equipment.
• Set up machines, load basic programs, and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor production flow and conduct basic quality inspections.
• Assist senior technicians and engineers with resolving basic equipment and process issues.
• Follow diagrams, written instructions, standard operating procedures, safety policies, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating with production teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical or machine-operation aptitude and comfort working with tools or machinery.
• Willingness to learn technical processes; prior SMT or electronics manufacturing experience is not required, as training is provided.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.
