Associate Corporate Counsel (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $54,400–$156,400 USD per year

What you will do

• Support SEC filings, proxy season activities, regulatory research, and public company governance work.
• Prepare board and committee materials, governance documentation, and maintain corporate records.
• Support sanctions screening, flagged-entity research, escalations, and resolution activities.
• Coordinate sustainability and governance assessments and contribute to the annual Sustainability Report.
• Support M&A transactions, Treasury matters, commercial legal projects, litigation, discovery, and case management.
• Draft and update corporate policies, monitor legal developments, and contribute to cross-functional corporate legal initiatives.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, securities compliance, corporate governance, or a related practice area.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including the ability to synthesize complex regulatory developments into actionable analysis.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
• Effective collaboration skills across departments and organizational levels.
