Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; in-office at least four days per week, with the option to work from home one day per week

Base salary: $76,700–$83,350 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Provide business support to tax-exempt, CLO, multi-asset solutions, and other North America fixed income investment teams.
• Support performance reporting, tax-exempt SMA workflows, account onboarding, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Manage Aladdin and other investment management platforms, including enhancements, upgrades, and new application deployments.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects and maintain the prioritized book of work for platform issues and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects, work independently and collaboratively, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid U.S. work authorization that will not require current or future visa sponsorship.
