What you will do

• Coordinate with Partnerships, Expansion, and Finance teams to develop winning strategies for competitive procurements.
• Translate complex product specifications into clear, digestible content for proposals.
• Lead the full lifecycle of competitive procurements from initial research to final submission.
• Conduct in-depth research on global mobility trends and synthesize findings into insightful commentary.
• Manage communications with potential partners hirify.global phone and email.
• Support senior leadership during interviews with city officials and transit agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong grasp of tone and structure.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
