What you will do

• Gather technical information by conducting research and interviews with SMEs, architects, and stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content.
• Lead writing efforts for assigned sections to ensure narratives are aligned with solicitation requirements.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and capture managers to reflect the proposed technical approach accurately.
• Participate in color team reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, including capabilities statements and past performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of federal government experience.
• 5+ years of technical and/or proposal writing experience.
• Experience writing complex technical proposals for government solicitations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to perform in a high-tempo environment with rapid response timelines.
