What you will do

• Gather information from subject matter experts to write and organize procedure manuals and technical specifications.
• Identify and manage documentation repositories while recommending solutions for centralized storage.
• Create and maintain information architecture templates to ensure organizational and legal compliance.
• Develop content in alternative media formats to improve usability and maintain a consistent voice.
• Ensure all published documents adhere to established style guides.
• Maintain and suggest revisions to the organizational style guide.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience translating complex technical material into clear, accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency with style guides.
