Warehouse Team Leader (Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates a manufacturing facility requiring warehouse coordination, inventory control, and material movement.

What you will do

• Coordinate and control the movement, sorting, staging, labeling, and bin placement of inventory.
• Provide manufacturing operations with required parts in a timely manner.
• Coordinate personnel and collaborate with warehouse and shipping team leads to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily checks.
• Complete daily forklift inspections, reject damaged goods, and verify returned or non-conforming products.
• Provide problem-solving assistance to production employees and support multiple teams as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• hirify.global forklift certification is required for forklift operations.
• Leadership, motivation, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move parts and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 95% of working hours, and operate heavy equipment.
• Availability for variable schedules and overtime as assigned.
