What you will do
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse attendants and operators.
- Direct receipt, transfer, storage, inventory management, packaging, and shipment of bulk liquid products.
- Assign and prioritize daily work, allocate resources, and provide operational coverage during abnormal events.
- Conduct field observations, audits, inspections, and root-cause investigations while implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments including EH&S, Engineering, Procurement, Human Resources, Commercial, and Accounting.
- Monitor equipment performance, support maintenance coordination, and implement improvements to safety, productivity, reliability, customer service, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of related industrial or maintenance experience and supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Working knowledge of liquid or dry bulk operations and hazardous materials handling.
- Ability to read and understand technical and compliance material in English.
- Valid driver's license, ability to obtain a TWIC credential, and successful completion of background, drug, and related testing.
- Ability to work at heights, over water, in confined spaces, and while wearing respiratory protection; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience in a terminal, refinery, chemical plant, or bulk liquid storage environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems or terminal inventory software.
- Ability to interpret SOPs, safety regulations, and technical documents.
