Senior Commercial Counsel (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; U.S. legal qualifications required

Base salary: $210,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate master service agreements, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, data use and protection agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment-related agreements.
• Manage commercial transactions from initial review through execution.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, approval matrices, and internal transactional guidance.
• Develop and scale contract lifecycle management and other transactional processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on commercial risks, business goals, and day-to-day legal issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar required.
• Comfort working with technical, financial, and data science concepts.
• Ability to handle hands-on legal work and support business objectives.
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment is preferred.
