Lead Procurement Manager (SaaS & Cloud)

Location: Remote in the US, or hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto

Salary: US remote base salary $150,000–$175,000; San Francisco hybrid base salary $170,000–$195,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve procurement workflows, purchasing controls, and operational spending guardrails.
• Manage high-value technology agreements covering SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and corporate IT services.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, total-cost analysis, security evaluations, and commercial benchmarking.
• Negotiate SaaS and IT contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, and EPD leadership on spend audits, license allocation, software consolidation, and cost reduction.
• Track procurement KPIs and implement systems such as Zip and Ramp to improve visibility and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in high-growth technology or vertical SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Experience refining and scaling procurement processes in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong negotiation experience with high-value SaaS and cloud infrastructure agreements.
• Strong financial literacy and experience partnering with Finance teams on budgets and usage modeling.
• US-based or Canada-based work arrangement required: remote in the US or hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto.
