Product Designer

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York or Los Angeles office, with at least four days per week onsite and remote work on Fridays.

Salary: USD 85,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through implementation for web and mobile products.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex user problems.
• Use research, analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to improve product experiences and support implementation quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile applications.
• Advanced Figma proficiency is required, including Auto Layout, components and variants, variables, design systems, interactive prototyping, Dev Mode, and developer handoff.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UX and UI design, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, visual design, wireframing, and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile product development teams and presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system.
• Experience with usability testing or UX research.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-informed product decisions.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing subscription, B2B, or content-driven digital products.
