Human Resources Manager

Location: On-site in Etna, Ohio, at the Ohio branch; extended travel to hirify.global's North American locations is required for initial training.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead HR operations for more than 200 warehouse, facilities, and office employees.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team supporting staffing for a new facility.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Guide performance conversations to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
• Strong recruiting experience in high-growth, shift-based, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Availability for extended travel to hirify.global's North American locations for initial training.
