Product Cybersecurity Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Act as a cybersecurity specialist for hirify.global products, including flight simulators, classrooms, virtual solutions, and medical equipment.
• Define cybersecurity architectures, standards, controls, processes, and technical solutions for product development projects.
• Design security measures and data recovery plans, and support installation, configuration, upgrades, and validation.
• Inspect equipment for vulnerable access points, develop mitigation plans, and review product security requirements.
• Collaborate with risk management, engineering, management, and customer-facing stakeholders to improve compliance and manage risk.
• Provide cybersecurity expertise and training to engineering teams while monitoring industry trends and recommending best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• Mandatory bilingualism in French and English.
• At least five years of experience, or an equivalent combination, in cybersecurity focused on software integration and systems administration.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Cisco and Netgear networking products, firewalls, and intrusion detection or prevention protocols.
• Experience with vulnerability identification and log aggregation tools such as Rapid7 InsightVM, Kiwi Syslog, or Splunk.
• Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global simulation products, electrical and software interfaces, and simulation frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITAR, NIST, CMMC, CIS, ISO 27001/27002, ITIL, or COBIT standards and frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CISA, CISM, TOGAF, or SASBA.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, shared memory between processes, HLA, real-time infrastructure, and virtualization.
