Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Mountain View, CA office; five days per week onsite, with occasional customer travel

Salary: $130K–$180K per year plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native healthcare platform covering clinical documentation, patient and revenue workflows, autonomous revenue cycle management, and integrations with more than 60 EHR systems.

What you will do

• Develop and scale features for an AI medical scribe using LLMs to generate accurate, structured clinical notes.
• Build responsive user experiences for web and iOS applications.
• Develop infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and enterprise EHR integrations.
• Lead projects from initial concept through production delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Work directly with customers, gather feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 1–4 years of professional software development experience; strong new graduates may apply.
• Strong experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js/Express.
• Experience with Swift and/or React Native, plus development for both web and iOS.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
