Senior Integrator - Engineering (Aerospace)

hirify.global Belfast is an aerospace engineering centre of excellence developing advanced aerostructures and supporting the complete wing lifecycle, including the A220 wing programme.

What you will do

• Lead critical projects across the A220 Wing Engineering Team and act as Deputy to the Head of Engineering.
• Plan resources, identify capability gaps, coordinate suppliers, and manage planned workload and offload activity.
• Deliver engineering tasks and technical solutions to agreed time, cost, and quality targets.
• Promote co-design and collaboration between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and wider hirify.global engineering teams.
• Build and apply a project management framework combining business management with technical excellence.
• Support team strategy, transparent deliverables, and effective technical and financial decision-making.

Requirements

• HNC-level engineering education with at least 8 years of relevant project management experience, or an engineering degree with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven project management and delivery experience.
• Ability to lead or influence teams within a matrix organisation.
• Ability to integrate technical experts and specialists to achieve effective technical and business solutions.
• Clear communication, active listening, resilience, curiosity, and adaptability.
• Successful candidates must complete BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check.
