What you will do
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of a new deal management platform across the Corporate Finance division.
- Manage project plans, workstreams, milestones, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and project documentation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendor implementation teams, and technology partners.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, user acceptance, data migration, systems integration, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate governance meetings, provide progress updates to senior stakeholders, and hold vendors accountable for delivery.
- Support user training, communications, change management, post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering CRM, deal management, sales pipeline, or business system implementations.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of data migration, systems integration, and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are preferred.

- Experience in professional services, financial services, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related sectors.
