Salary: $61.59–$89.31 per hour

What you will do

• Manage a team responsible for building and supporting cloud, on-premises, and virtualized infrastructure services.
• Investigate application, systems administration, network, and infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance on application and systems design, architecture, integration, security, interoperability, portability, and scalability.
• Plan systems roadmaps, coordinate staff work, and support delivery through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing agreements, infrastructure upgrades, and service management processes.
• Lead budgets, project delivery, change management, employee development, and presentations to operational and industry audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of Information Services management experience across cloud, on-premises, and virtualized services.
• Experience managing complex, cross-organizational systems and working in private or public cloud/IaaS environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack.
• Project, process, budget, analysis, problem-solving, team-building, coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience negotiating with external vendors and managing vendor contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
