Manager, Cloud and Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineering (Microsoft 365): Leading cloud platform architecture, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure engineering functions to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology platforms with an accent on infrastructure modernization, governance, automation, and digital workplace transformation. Focus on designing hybrid cloud environments, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and platform engineering, governing Microsoft 365 services and AI-enabled technologies, and building high-performing engineering teams.

What you will do
- Lead cloud platform architecture, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure engineering functions.
- Design and manage public cloud, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Drive infrastructure modernization through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, platform engineering, and cloud-native technologies.
- Own Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Copilot, Power Platform, and identity integrations.
- Establish governance for collaboration platforms, data protection, information lifecycle management, external sharing, compliance, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Partner with security, networking, data, application, finance, architecture, and business teams while building and leading engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
- At least 8 years of recent relevant experience.
- Advanced experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, Microsoft 365, governance frameworks, and resilient enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading teams, managing resources and budgets, and aligning technology plans with organizational strategy.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of healthcare operations and information-system needs across hospitals, clinics, and medical offices.

Salary: $181,875.20–$291,012.80 annual base pay, with the range varying by geographic location and candidate qualifications.
