Senior Business Analyst (Customer Journey Optimization)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; onsite Monday–Thursday and remote Friday

Annual base pay: USD 104,500–118,250

What you will do

• Build and execute routine and ad hoc data queries in Google BigQuery.
• Identify process inefficiencies and define functional requirements for improvements.
• Build and maintain team dashboards in Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
• Manage schedules, implementation, and performance for process improvement projects.
• Consult with stakeholders on data requirements for opportunity analysis, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Present analysis to leaders and stakeholders and develop test objectives for new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with a strong academic record.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or BigQuery, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Intermediate understanding of statistics and interpretation of outputs from data science models.
• Ability to define complex business problems, build analytical models, and present clear business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating sophisticated analysis into a convincing business narrative.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and creating clear visualizations from complex data.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, mathematics, or analytics.
• Experience with Python.
