Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist (Commercial Banking)

Location: Hoover, Alabama, United States; onsite at the Riverchase Complex North Building.

Salary range: $46,750–$57,270 USD per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate commercial loan closings for relationship teams and external vendors.
• Draft, review, collect, analyze, and package loan documentation for simple to highly complex transactions.
• Verify that loans close according to approval terms and that supporting documentation meets policy requirements.
• Identify and resolve documentation, regulatory, policy, loan setup, and post-closing exceptions.
• Book loans and ensure accurate disbursement of proceeds for supported banking segments.
• Communicate with borrowers, outside counsel, business partners, lenders, and bank associates, and help train team members when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least four years of related banking experience.
• General knowledge of insurance requirements and property due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, loan documentation, regulatory requirements, BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, and Flood Regulations.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints and respond with urgency.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Commercial banking or commercial equipment leasing experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets and other lenders.
