Operations Lead (A2)

Location: DFW2 - Dallas, TX, United States; night shift, Sunday–Tuesday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM

hirify.global provides commerce-enablement technology and high-volume fulfillment services, including warehousing, transportation, and warehouse management software.

What you will do

• Assign unloading, outbound staging, loading, freight verification and labeling, picking, and packing tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Supervise warehouse associates and assist with warehouse functions when needed.
• Complete operational reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report issues to maintenance personnel.
• Advise associates on product care, equipment use, storage, and shipping procedures.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures while working with warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Previous leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties in variable indoor temperatures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
