Logistics Specialist (Robotics)

Location: Onsite at the Salem, Oregon office; all roles are U.S.-based. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Anticipated base salary: $80,000–$104,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, catalog, and process inbound freight, parcels, components, raw materials, PCB assemblies, equipment, supplies, and non-inventory transactions.
• Prepare and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including packaging, carrier selection, shipping documents, commercial invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Deliver parts and materials to engineering labs and employees, and coordinate inventory movements with carriers and 3PL partners.
• Record capital equipment, receipts, inventory movements, damages, discrepancies, and accounts-payable data in MRP and ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock and inventory room, operate forklifts and pallet equipment, and manage packaging waste and electronic recycling.
• Prepare lithium-ion battery shipments and maintain compliance with hazardous-material regulations, DOT and IATA standards, and required certifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control; 4+ years of related logistics or supply-chain experience is generally expected.
• Experience in hardware, electronics, manufacturing, engineering labs, or a similar environment.
• Experience with inventory ERP or MRP systems, barcoding software, and shipping platforms such as FedEx ShipManager, UPS CampusShip, or FreightWise.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk throughout a large facility, and operate material-handling equipment.
• Strong logistics, procurement, communication, documentation, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States and ability to work onsite in Salem, Oregon are required.
