Analyst II, Telecom Services

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. The role is office-based, includes occasional travel to other sites, and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day telecommunications services, mobile lines, data circuits, devices, inventory, purchasing, and software licensing administration.
• Maintain ordering, activation, cancellation, inventory, billing, chargeback, and licensing records across vendors and internal systems.
• Monitor and reconcile telecommunications invoices, credits, vendor bills, financial variances, and billing codes.
• Prepare monthly reports on telecom costs, usage, circuit changes, inventory, savings opportunities, and service anomalies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Procurement on sourcing, vendor management, contracts, business continuity, and infrastructure purchasing.
• Improve procurement and telecom processes, ServiceNow intake forms, inventory controls, and approved AI-enabled automation with appropriate validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in the field or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, inventory management, procurement, and software licensing administration.
• Analytical ability to work with large datasets and reconcile information across systems.
• Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities, sustainability of supply, financial strength, quality, and service.
• Understanding of business operations, process improvement, automation, and appropriate AI-enabled solutions.
• Relevant PC applications and systems experience, including Microsoft Dynamics AX.
