Salesforce Solution Architect, Senior Manager

Location: Chicago, United States

Base salary: $165,000–$190,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $198,000–$228,000.

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce Cloud implementation projects across planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Manage multiple project teams, consulting resources, client deliverables, project budgets, quality assurance, and engagement economics.
• Develop work plans, statements of work, change orders, complex design documentation, and project forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating client and consulting teams across locations.
• Facilitate client meetings, build relationships with stakeholders, and support business process and change management initiatives.
• Coach Analysts and Associates and contribute to practice and business development activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, including Cloud implementation experience.
• Salesforce.com implementation experience in higher education, healthcare, construction, or manufacturing and industrials.
• Experience as a functional application specialist with project management, solution design, testing, training, and change management responsibilities.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, documentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and contribute to multiple projects of different scales and durations.
