What you will do

• Own Fashion category performance, including sales, customer behaviors, standards, and product storytelling.
• Lead Fashion visual merchandising, displays, styling, layering, and presentation standards.
• Coach team members monthly on Fashion presentations, styling, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling.
• Improve KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors through coaching and personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
• Build consistent teamwork, accountability, and execution across the store.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated capability in Fashion styling, wardrobe building, product storytelling, and customer experience.
• Ability to lead visual merchandising and translate product launches into effective in-store presentation.
• Ability to provide actionable coaching and turn training into daily behaviors.
• Ability to work full time in the Reno, Nevada store location.
