Customer Experience Supervisor (Retail)

Location: hirify.global Soho, New York, NY; fully on site

Compensation: $32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and guide the sales team on the retail floor while supporting daily productivity.
• Coach team members in real time on service behaviors, product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling standards.
• Deliver an elevated in-store customer experience and support the resolution of customer concerns.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, in-store events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Assist with store operations, visual merchandising, inventory activities, communications, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and operationally consistent store environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in a retail, customer-centric environment.
• 1+ year of experience with retail or apparel operations is preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of experience resolving customer service issues.
• Business math and accounting skills, comprehensive computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, delegation, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift or move up to 25 pounds, including performing standard retail physical tasks.
