Distribution Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate distribution workers handling work orders and inventory records.
• Allocate workloads, monitor workboards and KPIs, and maintain smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence.
• Build customer relationships, conduct customer reviews, and address complex or non-routine requests.
• Coordinate new accounts, audit account activities, and ensure customer needs and operational standards are met.
• Oversee invoicing, accounting functions, payment issues, and departmental budget planning.
• Onboard, coach, provide feedback to, and support the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge and experience in global logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory management and accounting.
• Proven leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Experience with process improvement, meetings, team development, and autonomous work.
• English language proficiency and proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Microsoft Word.
