Data Analyst (Contractor)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders to define goals and deliver data analytics solutions.
• Develop and enhance predictive analytics models, visualizations, and workflows for complex business issues.
• Enrich internal data with external and third-party sources.
• Build dashboards, reports, and other analytics products for internal and external use.
• Partner with department managers, IT, IT Security, data warehouse teams, vendors, and contractors on enterprise data needs.
• Promote data analytics adoption through training, awareness initiatives, and data-focused events.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, statistical modeling, and supporting business functions.
• Strong SQL programming skills and experience with databases, data modeling, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, AQT, ArcGIS, Access, Excel, VBA scripts, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with predictive analytics using R and/or Python, CRM, ERP, data warehouse or data lake applications, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, teamwork, and change management skills.
