Plant Operator (Industrial Gases)

What you will do

• Operate and care for compressors, pumps, filling stations, forklifts, and other production-facility equipment.
• Fill industrial-gas cylinders, perform quality checks, and safely manage cylinder flow and transport.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and contribute to maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in team meetings and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts and occasional additional hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Technical certification in industrial operations.
• Industrial gas experience.
