Site Supervisor (Industrial Gases)

Location: Glenmont, New York, United States; on-site role supporting 24/7 operations

Salary: $84,100–$140,050 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead Operators, Drivers, and Vehicle Mechanics across production, distribution, and maintenance activities.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company, environmental, health, safety, state, and federal regulations.
• Support operation of the air separation unit, nitrogen liquefiers, distribution terminal, and fleet maintenance activities.
• Coordinate production and delivery operations for customers throughout the Northeast region.
• Identify operational and maintenance issues, develop corrective actions, and improve plant reliability.
• Lead Management of Change activities, continuous improvement projects, reporting, commissioning, and capital project support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of industrial plant, manufacturing, or operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, employee development, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a matrix organization.
• Strong computer skills required; experience with SAP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field and previous supervisory experience are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial gas, chemical, manufacturing, process plant, distribution, or maintenance operations.
• Experience supporting facility start-up, commissioning, expansion, or capital projects.
