Maintenance Technician (30018)

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado, USA; onsite at Reserve at Centerra Apartments. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with on-call duties.

Salary: $21.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and document work performed and materials procured.
• Turn over apartments within five days after move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC, door, lock, and window systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous Maintenance Technician experience.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and building devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.
• High school diploma.

Nice to have

• HVAC certification.
• Additional relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
