What you will do
- Perform facility maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs, and lock maintenance.
- Maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
- Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
- Install interior artwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in painting, wood finishing, commercial office furniture, or floor and tile installation.
- Preferred: 3–5 years of experience using hand tools, power tools, and paint equipment.
- Availability to work on-site is required.
