Summer 2027 Intern - HR&D - Software Developer

Location: Hybrid roles based in Bloomington, IL; Richardson, TX; Dunwoody, GA; or Tempe, AZ. Interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the internship duration.

Salary: $28 per hour. Selected interns may also receive a $2,000 stipend, minus applicable taxes.

What you will do

• Develop custom applications and process-automation solutions for HR&D Workforce Technology.
• Generate ideas and implement code for user-focused business solutions.
• Contribute estimates and planning during product sprints.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Design solutions considering risk, performance, user experience, and testability.
• Collaborate with business areas to review user interfaces and validate outcomes.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering, graduating in December 2027 or later.
• Full-time student throughout the internship; a minimum GPA of 3.25 is preferred.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Fx, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, triggers, Azure AD or Entra ID, environments, solutions, ALM, and SQL.
• Basic JavaScript or TypeScript, Git, Agile practices, clear documentation, and logical debugging skills.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
