Digital Experience Specialist (JavaScript)

What you will do

• Manage website content updates, publishing requests, and ongoing website maintenance.
• Support publishing operations and troubleshoot website issues using browser developer tools.
• Read, modify, and troubleshoot JavaScript, tracking scripts, and website integrations.
• Validate tracking implementations and support analytics, tagging, accessibility, and digital experience optimization.
• Contribute to website quality, accessibility, performance, user experience, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in web development, digital experience, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with a CMS or website publishing platform.
• Strong attention to detail, a quality assurance mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and testing tools.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, automation tools, workflow platforms, or marketing technology implementations.
