Talent Analyst Specialist

Location: Fully remote for Philippine residents only; schedule is 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays through Saturdays, PHT.

What you will do

• Build the talent analytics function, define KPIs, create dashboards, and automate recurring reporting.
• Analyze time to fill, pipeline conversion, source quality, offer acceptance, and quality of hire, providing leadership with recommendations.
• Establish data standards, field definitions, naming conventions, and audits across ATS, HRIS, sourcing, and related systems.
• Partner with Finance on headcount planning, forecasting, budget tracking, and capacity analysis.
• Manage employer-brand assets and create department one-pagers, company one-pagers, and offer decks.
• Measure candidate messaging and collateral performance with a goal of improving offer acceptance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS data, such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong SQL, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and BI dashboard-building skills.
• Experience defining data standards and driving adoption across teams.
• Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting.
• Must be a resident of the Philippines and work the specified PHT schedule. Must own a computer, have a valid government ID, an existing or obtainable bank account, stable internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection, and reliable power.
