What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 1-2 week flight test campaigns across Europe.
• Act as the primary on-site operational authority for teams of up to 20 people.
• Manage logistics, personnel deployment, and equipment readiness for campaigns.
• Coordinate with national aviation authorities, military ranges, and airspace agencies.
• Produce detailed post-campaign reports on outcomes, deviations, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in flight operations, flight tests, military aviation, or UAS operations.
• Proven experience managing teams of 4+ people in high-stakes, deployed settings.
• Familiarity with flight safety principles, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
• Strong project management skills to adapt campaigns under time and resource pressure.
• English: Business-fluent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.
