Operations Specialist (Vendor Management)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and post-shipment resolution.
• Manage end-to-end order execution from placement through shipment, proactively addressing delays, inaccuracies, and rework.
• Negotiate supplier resolutions and reinforce supplier performance expectations and operational standards.
• Handle freight damage claims, product inquiries, warranty coordination, repairs, and replacements.
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement process improvements that improve reliability and reduce customer friction.
• Apply AI tools, automation, and data insights to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time.

Requirements

• Experience supporting operations or supply chain activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience resolving complex supplier and customer issues with accuracy and accountability.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or data insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and maintain service standards in evolving environments.
• Ability to use Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and operational reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
