Project Manager (GenAI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; primarily in-office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of generative AI products from planning through launch.
• Develop execution plans covering timelines, milestones, resource capacity, and delivery cadence.
• Translate business strategy into delivery plans and connect program activity with organizational goals.
• Partner with business leaders, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders to set priorities and build business cases.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers across cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs and OKRs, communicate progress, and implement process improvements that increase delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• PMP certification required; business or change management certification is preferred.
• Experience delivering business transformation or capability programs as a Business Program Manager, Product Manager, or senior project lead.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect delivery decisions with business value and financial outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks, strong communication skills, and experience managing multiple programs and complex stakeholder environments.
