TL;DR
Project Manager (Process Governance): Analysing and improving financial, procurement, contract, and invoice management processes with an accent on governance, risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness. Focus on developing process documentation, control frameworks, testing methodologies, and remediation plans while coordinating stakeholders across transformation initiatives.

What you will do
- Analyse, document, and improve processes for budget planning, monitoring, execution, financial reporting, procurement, purchasing, contracts, and invoices.
- Create process maps, operating procedures, work instructions, templates, and checklists.
- Define governance structures, including ownership, responsibilities, approvals, and escalation mechanisms.
- Assess process risks, develop risk-and-control mappings, and improve internal control frameworks.
- Design control testing, compliance review, audit readiness, finding tracking, and evidence management practices.
- Lead workshops, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related consulting roles.
- Professional certification or recognised methodology knowledge such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
- Experience improving business processes, procedures, controls, operating models, transformation initiatives, or IT implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, internal controls, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required for communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with risk and control frameworks, audit management, compliance programmes, or process governance.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Experience leading teams and facilitating workshops, training, or knowledge transfer.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation trends, and commercial or financial management.
