Business Analyst (Banking)

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and maintain business requirements and related delivery artefacts.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, mockups, test scenarios, and process manuals.
• Perform As-Is versus To-Be gap analysis and process modeling using BPMN or equivalent.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and project delivery activities across 2 to 4 concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams while challenging assumptions constructively.
• Ensure deliverables and activities comply with project objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project lifecycle phases.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation, business scenarios, process modeling, and gap analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English required; Greek language skills are a plus.
