Clinical Project Manager

Location: Remote within Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain, Greece, or the United Kingdom — Sofia, Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Bucharest, Madrid, Athens, or Reading.

What you will do

• Develop and manage clinical project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, status updates, and project alignment.
• Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and presentations for senior management.
• Resolve operational challenges and support team capability development in a sponsor-dedicated model.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
• At least 10 years of relevant clinical trial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a relevant field.
• Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
• Experience managing competing priorities, study delivery, multiple study designs, and complex or global trials.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate, empower, coach, or mentor clinical trial managers.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of monitoring experience.
• Experience managing trial components from start-up through database lock.
• Experience leading a team of Clinical Trial Managers or participating in departmental initiatives.
