Junior IT Project Manager

What you will do

• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and delivery plans using Agile/Scrum and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, oversight, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Work with clients, product owners, technical leads, and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage team productivity, resource allocation, communication, and workload throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support digital transformation projects and ensure technical strategies remain aligned with program-level and business goals.
• Apply leadership, communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• First experience in project management is an advantage.
• Fluent French and excellent English required.
• Understanding of the human and cultural challenges of digital transformation, especially in the public sector.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and web technologies.
• Strong communication, people management, client coordination, Agile, and resource management skills.
