What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead and mentor technical support teams by providing guidance and expertise.
• Manage IT support projects and ensure their timely completion.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and technical issue records.
• Provide specialized support for MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V systems, and executive users.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of related experience.
• Advanced technical training in computer systems, networking, troubleshooting, MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V, and executive support.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and complex hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, leadership, and project management skills.
• Full-time, onsite work in Centennial, Colorado, United States.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, network configuration, remote support tools, and ITSM practices.
• Experience with MDM solutions, executive support, A/V systems, team leadership, and technical support project management.
