Senior Equity Research Analyst (Industrials)

What you will do

• Lead equity research coverage of the Industrials sector and deliver differentiated, actionable investment insights.
• Build and maintain thesis-driven financial models and data-driven frameworks covering valuation, operating performance, sentiment, competitive dynamics, and industry drivers.
• Develop defensible buy and sell recommendations and connect research outputs to portfolio positioning, attribution, and risk management.
• Conduct fieldwork, management and expert interviews, channel checks, and site visits to generate proprietary perspectives.
• Mentor analysts, lead discussions with portfolio managers and stakeholders, and communicate sector developments and investment calls.
• Improve research workflows, establish coverage standards, and institutionalize best practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant investment professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of successful investment experience under the alternative qualification path.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field, plus a master’s degree, MBA, or CFA designation as specified.
• Expert understanding of investment research and recognized thought leadership in the Industrials sector.
• Advanced fluency in financial modeling and valuation, including DCF, comparable companies, and multiples.
• Familiarity with Python, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and ethical judgment skills.

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field combined with a CFA designation.
