Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. The role provides patient care in physician offices, hospitals, patient homes, and clinics and requires travel of up to 20% using personal transportation.

What you will do

  • Apply, explain, and support the appropriate use and care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, bone growth stimulators, and other prescribed hirify.global products.
  • Provide customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
  • Manage inventory and participate in required audits.
  • Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and collection of patient responsibility.
  • Coordinate between patients, hirify.global, and the Sales Team.
  • Follow HIPAA, healthcare regulations, compliance programs, and clinic or hospital policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in orthopedics, physical therapy, athletic training, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated patient care experience and a strong commitment to patient outcomes.
  • Ability to satisfy third-party credentialing and screening requirements for hospital access.
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and work around airborne and bloodborne pathogens.

Nice to have

  • Active Athletic Training license or BOC certification.
  • ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics certification, Physical Therapy Certification, or related professional credentials.
