Salary: $185,200–$206,300 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Digital Consulting Services.
• Lead teams responsible for collaboration, productivity platforms, digital innovation, and solution lifecycle management.
• Partner with clinical, research, administrative, and operational leaders to translate needs into technology initiatives.
• Direct medium- to high-complexity programs, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Establish governance, service standards, adoption strategies, analytics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, contracts, cybersecurity alignment, and staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in information services, digital consulting, digital strategy, healthcare technology, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading professional staff, cross-functional initiatives, and complex portfolios.
• Experience translating clinical, operational, research, or business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy, healthcare technology, collaboration platforms, project management, governance, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Must work remotely from the United States; the position is listed in Boston, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation, collaboration platform strategy, workflow optimization, or digital innovation in a large healthcare or academic medical environment.
• Experience with budget management, vendor management, governance processes, or relevant project management, agile, product management, or IT service management certifications.
