Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

Location: Prague, Czechia; work from the Prague office is required

Salary: Kč 960,000–Kč 1,320,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Build, productionize, deploy, and support machine learning and AI solutions.
• Develop reusable workflows for data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and inference.
• Build LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, voicebots, RAG-based solutions, and agentic AI workflows.
• Develop data pipelines, APIs, and integration layers for ML workloads and internal applications.
• Deploy and operate workloads in cloud and OpenShift environments while applying testing, version control, CI/CD, and documentation practices.
• Monitor reliability, performance, data quality, and model behavior; investigate technical issues and collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience building and deploying production-scale machine learning models with measurable business value.
• Strong Python skills with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, plus experience with SQL and core ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Git, modular design, testing, APIs, code quality, Docker, OpenShift, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn new technologies.
