What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions using LLMs and ML technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI automation platforms, such as AI assistants.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
• Set team goals and success metrics aligned with overall company objectives.
• Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Experience developing and launching AI products or features from scratch.
• Strong background in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments.
