Senior Staff Product Architect (AI)

Location: Remote from Czechia or Slovakia; offices available in Bratislava, Brno, and Prague.

Base salary: €62,200–€77,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own or co-own the architecture of a product and maintain alignment across related products.
• Co-define product direction with product managers and UX from ideation through shaping.
• Challenge PRDs and provide technical recommendations before initiatives are prioritized.
• Architect AI-led capabilities grounded in data and internal foundations such as the knowledge graph.
• Maintain the architectural runway and own tradeoffs covering scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
• Drive cross-product architecture reviews while coding or prototyping for 20–30% of the role.

Requirements

• Staff+ engineering background with technical decisions affecting whole products.
• Product builder mindset with experience shaping what products become, not only how they are built.
• Strong ability to engage product managers on product direction, user needs, and outcomes.
• Prior management experience, ideally as a senior engineering manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Experience shaping products with AI or LLM capabilities and using AI tools in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience as an engineering director or architect.
• Experience with marketing products, marketing automation, CDPs, or campaign tooling.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, agentic systems, or LLM-grounding architectures such as RAG, tool use, and evaluation.
