Business Intelligence Systems Specialist

Location: On-site Monday through Friday at Fort Liberty (formerly Ft. Bragg), North Carolina, USA

What you will do

• Collaborate with end users to identify data management and delivery needs.
• Develop and maintain operational data stores and enterprise data warehouses using relational structures, dimensional modeling, SQL, and BI best practices.
• Improve data flows and data quality to increase accuracy, reliability, and business value.
• Develop and maintain BI architecture supporting fact-based decisions, ad hoc analysis, and insight generation.
• Create interactive real-time dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Sisense, SAP Crystal Reports, IBM Cognos, Qlik, or other BI tools.
• Provide Tier 1 end-user support, encourage adoption, and train users on basic BI functionality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience providing end-user and Tier 1 support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
